Andrew began working for the District as a seasonal technician in the summer of 2008.  Five years later he was promoted to a full time position as a field technician.  Andrew grew up in Le Grand and then spent his young adult life in Tulare. He graduated from Tulare Western High School. He served time in the US Air Force and retired before beginning his career at the Tulare Mosquito Abatement District.
